End-of-tenancy cleans
Detailed cleaning for properties between occupants. Quoted individually because property condition and scope vary considerably.
Deep cleaning
More intensive cleaning beyond a normal changeover, including additional attention to built-up grime and neglected areas. Quoted individually.
Linen laundry
Optional washing and drying of owner-supplied linen, separately charged from cleaning. Owners supply linen sets.
PAT testing
Portable appliance testing at £25 plus 50p per item tested.

These are the proposed scopes for the service. We'll confirm them before publishing final terms.
Standard holiday-let clean
Designed for routine changeovers where the property has been left in reasonable condition.
- Kitchen worktops, sink, hob exterior and accessible surfaces cleaned
- Bathroom toilet, basin, shower or bath, mirrors and fittings cleaned
- Dusting and wiping of reachable surfaces
- Floors vacuumed and hard floors mopped
- Bins emptied and bin liners replaced where provided
- Beds stripped and remade with owner-supplied clean linen
- General tidy and final visual check for guest readiness
Deep clean
Includes the standard-clean tasks plus more intensive work as agreed for the property.
- Detailed skirting boards, door frames, switches and handles
- More thorough tile, grout and limescale attention
- Detailed cleaning of kitchen cabinet fronts and splashbacks
- Extra attention to edges, corners and hard-to-reach accessible areas
- Interior cupboards, oven, fridge and internal windows where specified in the quote
- Built-up dirt and heavier-use areas addressed according to condition
Important: Carpet shampooing, exterior windows, waste removal, mould remediation, high-level work and hazardous or extreme cleaning are not included unless separately agreed. A deep clean is quoted to its exact scope.

Fixed standard changeover cleaning prices by bedroom count. Linen laundry is optional and charged separately.

Linen washing & drying
Owner-supplied linen, washed and dried: 1 bed £10 · 2 bed £15 · 3 bed £20 · 4 bed £25. Added to the standard cleaning price when requested.
PAT testing
£25 + 50p per item tested. For example, 20 items = £35.
End-of-tenancy cleans
Individual quotation. Based on property size, condition, appliances and the agreed checklist.
Deep cleans and specialist work
Deep clean alongside a standard changeover: +£50. Other specialist cleaning is quoted individually.
Emergency clean
Additional £25 on top of the applicable cleaning price, subject to availability.
